Xx Other Changes. Except as modified hereby, all of the terms and provisions of the Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect.
Xx Other Changes. Except as explicitly amended by this Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the Guaranty and Security Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to any Advance thereunder.
Xx Other Changes. This Amendment does not alter any term or condition of the Agreement other than as expressly set forth herein. If there is any conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement, the terms of this Amendment will prevail.
Xx Other Changes. Other than as specified above, all other terms of the Agreement remain unchanged and the Parties agree that the Consulting Agreement, as amended by this Amendment continues in full force and effect and all of the Parties’ obligations thereunder are in all respects ratified and confirmed hereby.
Xx Other Changes. Except as expressly set forth in this Amendment, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Other than as specified above, all terms of the Employment Agreement remain unchanged and the Parties agree that the Employment Agreement, as amended by this Amendment continues in full force and effect and all of the Parties’ obligations thereunder are in all respects ratified and confirmed hereby.
Xx Other Changes. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of the Notes, the Security Agreement and the Mapping Security Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are ratified and confirmed by the Parties in all respects.
Xx Other Changes. Except as expressly modified and amended herein, the terms of the Original Services Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
Xx Other Changes. Except as modified by this Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Transfer Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Xx Other Changes. Except as otherwise set forth herein, all terms and provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
