Xx Reliance. No third party is entitled to rely on any of the representations, warranties and agreements contained in this Agreement, other than the Buyer Indemnified Parties and the Seller Indemnified Parties, who may rely on the provisions of Article VIII hereof. Buyer and Seller assume no liability to any other third party because of any reliance on the representations, warranties and agreements of Buyer or Seller contained in this Agreement.
