Common use of Xx Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Xx Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is made for the sole benefit of the parties to this Agreement and the Indemnified Parties described in Section 13. No other persons shall have any rights or remedies by reason of this Agreement against any of the parties hereto or shall be considered to be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement in any way.

Xx Third Party Beneficiaries.
