Xx Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise set forth in Section IV.C, this Agreement and the Transaction Documents will inure solely to the benefit of the parties hereto, and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person. Other than the Investor Parties described in Section IV.C, a Person who is not a party to this Agreement shall not have any rights to enforce any term of this Agreement or any Transaction Document.
