Xx Worker’s Compensation Pending. Employee expressly represents and warrants that Employee has not suffered any workplace injury during Employee’s performance of services for the Company, and has not filed, and has no intention of filing and/or pursuing any claim for workers’ compensation benefits against the Company. The Company expressly relies on Employee’s representation as a material inducement to enter into this Agreement.
