Xxtice of Action Upon Lease Indenture Event of Default. The Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice to the Owner Lessor and the Owner Participant of any Lease Indenture Event of Default with respect to which the Indenture Trustee has Actual Knowledge and will give the Facility Lessee and the Owner Participant not less than 30 days' prior written notice of the date on or after which the Indenture Trustee intends to exercise remedies under Section 4.3 (an "Enforcement Notice"), which notice may be given contemporaneously with any notice contemplated by Section 4.3(a) or 4.3(b). The Indenture Trustee shall take such action, or refrain from taking such action, as the Majority in Interest of Noteholders shall instruct in writing.
