Xxx Payments. Prior to the PILOT Commencement Date, the applicable real property taxes and assessments levied and/or assessed against or with respect to the Facility shall be payable in full by the Obligor to the applicable Taxing Entity as if the Agency were not the holder of a leasehold interest in the Facility or otherwise involved in the Project.
