Common use of XXX Performance RSUs Clause in Contracts

XXX Performance RSUs. (1) 100% of the XXX Performance RSUs (50% of the total number of Performance-Based RSUs) will vest on the Vesting Date if the Company achieves its XXX Target Level. (2) 50% of the XXX Performance RSUs (25% of the total number of Performance-Based RSUs) will vest on the Vesting Date if the Company achieves its XXX Threshold Level. (3) If the Company’s XXX performance is greater than the Threshold Level but less than the Target Level, vesting of the XXX Performance RSUs will be interpolated between 50% and 100%. (4) If the Company’s XXX performance is less than the Threshold Level, no XXX Performance RSUs will vest.

XXX Performance RSUs. (1) 100% of the XXX Performance RSUs (5020% of the total number of Performance-Based RSUs) will vest on the Vesting Date if the Company achieves its XXX Target Level. (2) 50% of the XXX Performance RSUs (2510% of the total number of Performance-Based RSUs) will vest on the Vesting Date if the Company achieves its XXX Threshold Level. (3) If the Company’s XXX performance is greater than the Threshold Level but less than the Target Level, vesting of the XXX Performance RSUs will be interpolated between 50% and 100%. (4) If the Company’s XXX performance is less than the Threshold Level, no XXX Performance RSUs will vest.
