Xxx Xxxx Liquidity Rights. From and after the date hereof, AIG shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to effect a Monetization Transaction with respect to Xxx Xxxx, unless the AIA/ALICO Preferred Redemption has occurred with respect to both SPVs.
