Common use of XXXREAS Clause in Contracts

XXXREAS. on even date herewith the Company executed and delivered to the Holder that certain Consulting Agreement (the "Consulting Agreement") whereby the Company has agreed to issue to the Holder 1,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock, no par value per share (the "Company Common Stock"), in payment for services as described in the Consulting Agreement; and

XXXREAS. on even date herewith the Company executed and delivered to the Holder that certain Consulting Agreement (the "Consulting Agreement") whereby the Company has agreed to issue to the Holder 1,000,000 19,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock, no par value per share (the "Company Common Stock"), in payment for services as described in the Consulting Agreement; and

XXXREAS. on even date herewith the Company executed and delivered to the Holder that certain Consulting Agreement (the "Consulting Agreement") whereby the Company has agreed to issue to the Holder 1,000,000 500,000 shares of the Company's common stock, no par value per share (the "Company Common Stock"), in payment for services as described in the Consulting Agreement; and
