As depicted in the Roadway Report, “Road 1” generally serves the eastern portion of the Project and runs parallel to Highway 40, connecting Xxxxxxx Road and Road 2 (as hereinafter defined), and intersecting with Timber Drive. “Road 2” generally serves the western portion of the Project and intersects with Timber Drive.
