Common use of XXXX CAPACITY Clause in Contracts

XXXX CAPACITY. The maximum number of attendees allowed in the Hall is 150. This applies to all activities, including but not limited to receptions, fitness activities, and community events. Tenants are responsible for directing their attendees to remain within the Hall during the Event. Other areas of the Church not specifically listed in this agreement are not to be entered by the Tenant or attendees of the Event.
