Xxxx-Investor Party Termination Events. This Agreement may be terminated as between any of the Xxxx-Investor Parties that do not hold Debtor Claims/Interests and the other Parties by delivery to the other Parties of a written notice in accordance with Section 14.8 hereof by such Xxxx-Investor Parties upon the Plan Support Termination Date; provided that Xxxx’x obligations under Section 5.2 shall survive any such termination as set forth therein.
