XXXX ON LANDS. i. The Owner agrees that the costs, charges and expenses for which they are responsible shall form a charge and lien upon the Lands until such time as they are paid and in addition to any other remedies available to it, the Town may recover such amounts by action or as taxes pursuant to Section 446 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter c.25, as amended.
