Xxxx Payment Services. This Xxxx Payment Agreement, the Customer Agreement, the Account Agreement and Disclosures, and other Account documentation and agreements applicable to your Account shall govern your use of the Xxxx Payment Services, (as defined below).
Xxxx Payment Services. Included in the E-Banking Services is an optional service that allows you to direct us to make payments from your eligible deposit Account to a person or entity to which you wish a xxxx payment to be directed or is a person or entity from which you receive electronic bills, as the case may be. This is provided through our service entitled “Xxxx Pay”. This service is provided by us through our non-affiliate service providers. Any applicable fees may apply for the use of Xxxx Pay as provided in the separate Xxxx Payment Service Agreement which controls the Xxxx Pay service.
Xxxx Payment Services. Founding Member agrees that it shall execute a Xxxx Payment Agreement with Spectrum including at least those terms set forth in Schedule 3 of the Master Agreement. Upon approval by us, Business Online Banking Services includes an optional service that allows you to direct us to make payments from eligible deposit accounts to a person or entity to which you wish a xxxx payment to be directed or is a person or entity from which you receive electronic bills, as the case may be. This is provided through our service entitled “Xxxx Pay”. This service is provided by us through our non-affiliate service providers. Any applicable fees may apply for the use of Xxxx Pay as provided in the separate Xxxx Payment Service Agreement which controls the Xxxx Pay service. If you do not choose to enroll in Xxxx Pay at this time, you may add the service later.
Xxxx Payment Services. The Xxxx Payment services are offered to consumer and business users and separate Xxxx Payment platforms will apply based upon the consumer or business use. If we find you are using consumer xxxx pay for business purposes, we reserve the right to remove your access to the online banking platform and move it to the enhanced business banking platform. Upon approval for Xxxx Payment service, you may use your web browser-equipped device to access and use the service. You must designate your checking account(s) as the account(s) from which payments that you authorize will be deducted.
Xxxx Payment Services. To establish a xxxx payment services arrangement with Bank, you shall execute and deliver to Bank an agreement governing such service arrangement in the form required by Bank.
Xxxx Payment Services. If you choose to add Xxxx Payment service, in addition to the Online Banking features listed above, you may also: Make one-time or recurring payments online from your linked checking account(s), and money market account(s) to companies or individuals (Payees) you select.
Xxxx Payment Services. In addition to the Online Banking features listed above, Bank customers with eligible linked deposit accounts may also enroll to use the optional xxxx payment services (“Xxxx Payment”) provided by Bank through CheckFree Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Fiserv Solutions, Inc. If you are a Bank customer with an eligible linked deposit account, you may use Xxxx Payment to make one-time or recurring payments online from your linked checking account(s) to companies or individuals (“Payees”) you select. For customers with an eligible account, you may use the xxxx presentment and delivery feature to: o Receive bills from participating Payees o View Payee xxxx summary and xxxx detail information If you have requested to use, and Bank has agreed to provide you, Xxxx Payment services, you understand and agree that you must enter into and comply with Bank's Xxxx Payment Addendum to this Agreement.
