Common use of Xxxx Xx Loan Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Xx Loan. (1) OneSmart shall provide a loan of RMB53,838,104.62 to Xxxx Xx (“Xxxx Xx Loan”) free of interest; and (2) Xxxx Xx shall pay RMB53,838,104.62 to De Hui pursuant to Section 2.9.6(2) of the Restructuring Agreement.
