Xxxx-Xxxxx Act. BLUE CROSS is subject to the requirements of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Act and any provision required to be in this Agreement thereunder shall bind BLUE CROSS and PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP, whether or not expressly provided in this Agreement.
