Xxxxx Acres. Seller shall pay all Green Acres tax and recapture (Minn. Stat. § 273.111) required by the conveyance of the Property. If Xxxxxx County is unable to provide a calculation of the amount due, a reasonable portion of the Purchase Price for the Property conveyed shall be placed in escrow with Title Company for payment of Green Acres tax and recapture.
