Common use of Xxxxx Disaster Protection Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Disaster Protection. Subrecipient agrees to comply with the requirements of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, including as applicable any regulations set forth in 24 CFR 55, (implementing Executive Order 11988) in regard to the sale, lease or other transfer of land acquired, cleared, or improved under the terms of this Contract, as it may apply to the provisions of this Contract.

Xxxxx Disaster Protection. To the extent applicable, the Subrecipient agrees to comply with the requirements of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, including as applicable any regulations set forth in 24 CFR 55, 1973 (implementing Executive Order 1198842 U.S.C. 4106) in regard to the sale, lease or other transfer of land acquired, cleared, cleared or improved under the terms of this Contract, as it may apply to the provisions of this ContractAgreement.

Compliance measures may include, but are not limited to, maintaining flood insurance, structural adaptation or other mitigation as required.

Subrecipient agrees to shall comply with the requirements of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 19731973 (P.L. 2234) (42 U.S.C. § 4001- 4129, including as applicable any regulations set forth in 24 CFR 55, (implementing Executive Order 11988amended) in regard to the sale, lease lease, or other transfer of land acquired, cleared, or improved under the terms of this ContractAgreement, as it may apply to the provisions of this ContractAgreement.
