Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as Lender Under the Revolving Credit Facility. For so long as Lender is a lender under the Revolving Credit Facility, shall not, and shall not permit any Borrower or any other Guarantor to, create or permit to exist any Debt, including any guaranties or other contingent obligations, that is secured by the Property (other than the Guaranteed Obligations) or is otherwise not permitted under the Revolving Credit Facility.
