Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association Not a Lender Under the Revolving Credit Facility. If Lender, at any time, ceases to be a lender under the Revolving Credit Facility, shall not, and shall not permit any Borrower or any other Guarantor to, create or permit to exist any Debt, including guaranties or other contingent obligations, that is secured by the Property (other than Guaranteed Obligations) or was otherwise not permitted under the Revolving Credit Facility as such Revolving Credit Facility existed on the date that Lender ceased to be a lender thereunder.
