Xxxxx Holidays. If a payment date is a Legal Holiday, payment shall be made on the next succeeding day that is not a Legal Holiday, and no interest shall accrue for the intervening period. If a regular record date is a Legal Holiday, the record date shall not be affected.
Xxxxx Holidays. If an Interest Payment Date or other payment date is not a Business Day, payment shall be made on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day, and no interest shall accrue for the intervening period. If a Record Date is not a Business Day, the Record Date shall not be affected.
Xxxxx Holidays. The Fire Marshal and staff personnel shall work four minor holidays per year. The four holidays to be worked shall be designated by the Fire Chief each year. While so assigned, he/she shall receive, in addition to the regular rate of pay, compensation at the overtime rate.

In any case where any Interest Payment Date, Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, Redemption Date, Conversion Date or Maturity Date is not be a Business Day, then any action to be taken on such date need not be taken on such date, but may be taken on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if taken on such date, and no interest shall accrue for the period from and after such date.

Xxxxx Holidays. In any case where any Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date or Stated Maturity of any Security shall not be a Business Day at any Place of Payment, then (notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture or of the Securities (other than a provision of the Securities of any series which specifically states that such provision shall apply in lieu of this Section)) payment of interest or principal (and premium, if any) need not be made at such Place of Payment on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day at such Place of Payment with the same force and effect as if made on the Interest Payment Date or Redemption Date, or at the Stated Maturity, provided that no interest shall accrue for the period from and after such Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date or Stated Maturity, as the case may be.
Xxxxx Holidays. In the event that the date of any Payment Date, date of prepayment or Maturity Date shall not be a Business Day, then notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Transaction Document, payment need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the nominal date of any such Payment Date, date of prepayment or Maturity Date, as the case may be, and interest shall accrue on such payment for the period from and after any such nominal date to but excluding such next succeeding Business Day.
Xxxxx Holidays. When employees (including department managers and part-time employees) are requested by the Employer to work on any of the minor holidays as outlined in Article 11 entitled "Holidays", they shall receive time and one-half their regular hourly rate for hours worked, but such hours worked shall not be counted as hours worked toward figuring weekly overtime.
Xxxxx Holidays. In any case where any Payment Date shall not be a Business Day (notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Units), Contract Adjustment Payments or other distributions shall not be paid on such date, but Contract Adjustment Payments or such other distributions shall be paid on the next succeeding Business Day, with the same force and effect as if made on such scheduled Payment Date; provided that no interest or other amount shall accrue or be payable by the Company or to any Holder in respect of such delay. In any case where the Purchase Contract Settlement Date or any Early Settlement Date or Cash Merger Early Settlement Date shall not be a Business Day (notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Units), Purchase Contracts shall not be performed and Early Settlement and Cash Merger Early Settlement shall not be effected on such date, but Purchase Contracts shall be performed or Early Settlement or Cash Merger Early Settlement shall be effected, as applicable, on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on such Purchase Contract Settlement Date, Early Settlement Date or Cash Merger Early Settlement Date, as applicable.
Xxxxx Holidays. Unless otherwise specified pursuant to Section 301 with respect to the Securities of any series, in any case where any Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date or Stated Maturity of any Security shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture or of the Securities (other than a provision of any Security which specifically states that such provision shall apply in lieu of this Section)) payment of interest or principal (and premium, if any) need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day, unless that Business Day is in a different calendar year, in which case the payment will be made on the preceding Business Day, in each case, with the same force and effect as if made on the Interest Payment Date or Redemption Date, or at the Stated Maturity.
