Common use of Xxxxx of Restricted Stock Units Clause in Contracts

The Company has granted to Grantee (who, pursuant to this Award is a Participant in the Plan) the number of Restricted Stock Units set forth above, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Restricted Stock Units granted under this Agreement are payable only in shares of Common Stock as described in Section II.A.2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary anywhere else in this Agreement, the Restricted Stock Units evidenced by this Award are subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
