Common use of Xxxxx Removal/Grinding Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Removal/Grinding. Stumps will be ground to a depth of 6-8 inches below grade unless another specification is provided in the Proposal. The hole created will be backfilled with the debris generated from grinding, raked into a mound, unless otherwise stated in the Proposal. Grindings from xxxxx removal are not hauled unless specified in this Proposal. Surface and subsurface roots beyond the xxxxx are not removed unless specified in this Proposal. Restoration of the area including topdressing, seeding, or replacement planting, is available at an additional cost.
