Xxxx’x Role. The xxxx will review the file and may consult with appropriate 10 persons and may obtain and document additional relevant information. Once the xxxx xxxxx 11 the file complete, they will prepare a separate report and recommendation. The xxxx will share 12 his or her report and recommendation with the bargaining unit faculty member and allow the 13 faculty member 10 days from the date of receipt of the report to provide responsive material or 14 information, which shall be included in the evaluation file. The xxxx then will submit a 15 summary report including xxxx’x recommendation, department head’s recommendation, faculty 16 committee report, and faculty member’s curriculum vitae, statement, and responsive material or 17 information to the Xxxxxxx or designee.
