Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act Compliance. 7.1 The Parties shall comply with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (GBLA) in its collection and use of student financial data. The Parties will use student financial data only for the purpose of fulfilling their respective duties under this Agreement for the student’s benefit, and will not share such data with or disclose it to any third party except as provided for in this Agreement, required by law, or authorized in writing by the student.
Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act Compliance. Purchaser shall bear full responsibility for providing any notice required under the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (“GLB Act”) with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and comply with the GLB Act with respect to any information sold as part of the Purchased Assets that is subject to the GLB Act.
