The Customer's assets deposited with Morgan Stanley will be segregated or secured in accordance with the Xxxxxxixx Xxxxange Act and regulations of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") and will be invested in accord with Morgan Stanley's customary practice for investment of its futures cuxxxxxx xxxxx. Xxl of Customer's funds will be available for margin for the Customer's trading. Morgan Stanley shall pay to DWR at each month-end interest on Customxx'x xuxxx xx its possession as agreed between Morgan Stanley and DWR from time to time.
