XXXXX’s Right to Dispatch. (a) Subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, XXXXX shall direct dispatch of a Unit by delivering a Dispatch Notice to Owner’s Scheduling Coordinator in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
