Common use of Xxxxxx and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx and Inspections. The Issuer will permit the Holder, upon reasonable notice, to (i) visit and inspect the properties of the Issuer during business hours, (ii) inspect and make extracts from and copies of its books and records, and (iii) discuss with and obtain information from its principal officers, its business, assets, liabilities, financial position, results of operations and business prospects. The Issuer will also permit the Holder to discuss with its respective auditors its businesses, assets, liabilities, financial positions, results of operations and business prospects.
