Common use of Xxxxxx Mae Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx Mae. As defined in Section 1.01, any reference to Xxxxxx Xxx means Xxxxxx Xxx in one or more of its corporate capacities, as specified or as provided in context, and not in its capacity as Trustee unless expressly provided otherwise. A successor to Xxxxxx Mae means a Person that succeeds to the entire business or the relevant portion of the business of Xxxxxx Xxx, by merger, reorganization or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets, or a Person that succeeds to Xxxxxx Mae in the applicable capacity under this Trust Agreement.
