Xxxxxx Representative. At the time of execution of the Agreement, the Lessee shall furnish to the Director of School Facilities the name, address, email address and phone numbers of the person serving as the Lessee’s representative (Lessee Representative). The Lessee Representative shall be the sole person authorized to make decisions or to negotiate with the MSDPT on behalf of the Lessee. The Lessee Representative (or an alternate assigned in writing by the Lessee Representative or other authorized officer of the Lessee), must be present at the occurrence of each event and will then be the sole person authorized to resolve problems and conflicts or to negotiate any alterations in the event procedures with the staff of the MSDPT. The Lessee acknowledges that that Lessee Representative is fully authorized to act for and execute documents on behalf of the Lessee.
