Xxxxxx Surviving Claims. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, by executing this Settlement Letter you do not: (i) release any Claim that may not lawfully be waived; (ii) become subject to any prohibition from reporting possible violations of federal law or regulation or making other disclosures that are protected under (or claiming any award under) the whistleblower provisions of federal law or regulation; or (iii) release any Claim to enforce this Settlement Letter (collectively, the “Ormond Unreleased Claims”).
