Xxxxxx Xxxxx’ Conduct Not to Constitute Waiver. Xxxxxx Xxxxx’ failure to insist at any time upon strict compliance with this Agreement or with any of its terms or any continued course of such conduct on Xxxxxx Xxxxx’ part shall not constitute or be considered a waiver by Xxxxxx Xxxxx of any of its rights hereunder.
