BUYER and SELLER acknowledge and agree that neither the Listing Broker nor 409 Selling Broker warrants the condition, size or square footage of the Property, and neither is liable to 410 BUYER or SELLER in any manner whatsoever for any losses, damages, claims, suits, and costs 411 regarding same.
