Common use of Xxxxxxx Exclusive of Indemnity Amounts Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Exclusive of Indemnity Amounts. It is the express intent of the Parties that the Applicant’s obligation to make Supplemental Payments under this Article VI is separate and independent of the obligation of the Applicant to pay the amounts described in Article IV; provided, however, that all payments under Articles IV and VI are subject to the limitations contained in Sections 4.11 and 7.1.
