Xxxxxxx of All Beneficiaries. In the event of the failure of all Beneficiaries, then the Trustee shall transfer the Trust Estate, discharged of the Trust, to the person or persons who would be entitled to inherit from Grantor under the laws of the State of Kentucky as unmarried, intestate and domiciled in that State, and possessed only of the property to be distributed.
