Xxxxxxx Refunds. Except as provided in Section 2.02(a)(iv) below, Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to all refunds (including refunds paid by means of a credit against other or future Tax liabilities) with respect to any Tax for which Xxxxxxx is responsible under Section 2.01 other than for a Tax Return for a taxable period for which the Dover Group is the Filing Group.
Xxxxxxx Refunds. If the student and/or shared house owner have a disagreement and student decides to or is asked to move out suddenly, USA INTERNATIONAL will not be responsible for any refund. Please be aware some families do not refund unused stipend.
