Xxxxxxx’s Election of Requirements. A Grantee , at its election, separately with regard to each site it proposes, will comply with the development regulations regarding Site and Neighborhood Standards (24 CFR § 905.602), or with the Site and Neighborhood Standards contained in this Article.
