Contracts in excess of two thousand dollars and 00/100 ($2,000.00) for construction or repair shall include a provision for compliance with the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kick-Back” Act (40 U.S.C. 276a to a-7), as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). All suspected or reported violations shall be reported to XXXXX by Contractor.
