Xxxxxxxx agrees to a. Not use the Garden for any other purpose or activity without obtaining both the CSG’s and the City’s prior written consent;
b. Pay an annual fee to CSG according to the Fee Schedule set forth in the Rules & Conditions of Participation;
c. Work and report a minimum of 15 service hours per year; and,
d. Attend at least one All Hands Meeting per year.
Xxxxxxxx agrees to. 1. Lease to Tenant the Premises for the entire Term beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.
2. Obey all applicable laws with respect to Landlord’s operation of the Building and Common Areas, including removing any barriers to accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
3. Provide, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, except specialized equipment for Information Technology needs.
4. Provide hot and cold water for lavatory and drinking purposes.
5. Repair, replace, and maintain the (a) roof, (b) foundation, (c) Common Areas, (d) structural soundness of the exterior walls, doors, corridors, and windows, and (e) other structures or equipment serving the Premises.
6. Return the Security Deposit to Tenant, less itemized deductions, if any, within sixty days after the last day of the Term.
7 A separate meter box for electricity will be installed at Landlord’s expense covering Xxxxxx’s leased premises only.
8. Allow Tenant and Xxxxxx’s employees, agents and invitees access to the Premises twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Xxxxxxxx agrees to i. establish and maintain sufficient controls for, limit access to and render unreadable prior to discarding, all records containing cardholder account numbers and card imprints;
ii. not sell or disseminate any cardholder information obtained in connection with a card transaction held in a database or otherwise (including the names, addresses and card account numbers of cardholders);
iii. not retain or store magnetic stripe data or hardcopies containing cardholder data (including faxes) after a transaction has been authorised; and
iv. not reproduce any electronically captured signature of a cardholder except on PayPal’s specific request (upon such a request Xxxxxxxx agrees to comply).

Xxxxxxxx agrees to. 1. Lease to Tenant the Premises subject to the Term and Termination Date provisions.
2. Obey all laws relating to Xxxxxxxx's operation of the Premises.
Xxxxxxxx agrees to. A. Conduct a search assessment (“Community Profile”) prior to search activity to establish a plan and strategy for success.
B. Design and implement a customized Sourcing Campaign (“Sourcing Campaign”) using the most effective and efficient methods of reaching targeted Provider candidates (“Candidates”) to introduce Client’s opportunity.
C. Screen Candidates to establish genuine interest levels based on Client’s specific parameters and verify qualifications and references through initial background check prior to on-site interview. Pinnacle will not discriminate and will present all qualified candidates.
D. Coordinate Candidates’ on-site interviews and personally interview Candidates, if appropriate, when requested in writing by Client.
E. Maintain confidentiality regarding information furnished by Client.
X. Xxxxxx in finalizing agreement between Client and Candidate, and if requested in writing by Client, assist with relocation and licensure.
