XXXXXXXX Anti Kickback. Act
3.1 The Architect shall comply with the provisions of the Xxxxxxxx "Anti-kickback" Act (18 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented in Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR Part 3).
XXXXXXXX Anti Kickback. Act. AGENCY shall comply with the Xxxxxxxx “Anti- Kickback” Act, (40 U.S.C. 3145), as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 3, “Contractors and Subcontractors on Public Building or Public Work Financed in Whole or in Part by Loans or Grants from the United States”). AGENCY must be prohibited from inducing, by any means, any person employed in the construction, completion, or repair of public work, to give up any part of the compensation to which he or she is otherwise entitled. CITY must report all suspected or reported violations to the Federal awarding agency.

The Contractor shall comply with the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act (40 USC 3145), as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 3, “Contractors and Subcontractors on Public Building or Public Work Financed in Whole or in Part by Loans or Grants from the United States”).
B. Contractor shall not induce, by any means, any person employed in the construction, completion, or repair of public work, to give up any part of the compensation to which he or she is otherwise entitled.

Any construction contracts entered into by CENTER shall include a provision for compliance with these regulations. CENTER shall maintain documentation and records which demonstrate compliance with these regulations. Such documentation shall be submitted to the City for review on a weekly basis.

Any construction contracts entered into by Coalition over $100,000 shall include a provision for compliance with these regulations. Coalition shall maintain documentation and records which demonstrate compliance with these regulations. Such documentation shall be submitted to the City for review on a weekly basis.

GMH shall maintain documentation and records which demonstrate compliance with these regulations. Such documentation shall be submitted to the City for review on a weekly basis.
XXXXXXXX Anti Kickback. Act. Subrecipient and each Subcontractor shall comply with the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act (18 USC section 874), as supplemented by the Department of Labor regulations at 29 C.F.R. part 3.
