Xxxxxxxx Anti-Kickback Law. The Contractor shall comply with the Xxxxxxxx Anti- Kick Back Act (19 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented in the Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR Part 3). This Act provides that the Contractor or Subcontractor shall be prohibited from inducing by any means, any person employed in the construction, completion or repair of public work, to give up any part of the compensation to which that person is otherwise entitled.
