Xxxxxxxx Costs. The Grantee agrees that Project costs eligible for grant funding must comply with the following requirements, unless SANDAG determines otherwise in writing. To be eligible for reimbursement, Project costs must be:

Xxxxxxxx Costs. Subrecipient shall receive and use Grant Funds for Eligible Costs, as defined herein. "Eligible Costs" for Grant Funds under this Agreement include those applied to eligible activities, including HUD approved Action Plan and Action Plan Amendment(s), that are recovery-related, and are otherwise in furtherance of the intent of this Agreement and the goals and objectives as set forth herein, when approved by the Grantee in accordance with eligibility rules under CDBG-MIT guidelines and subject to limitations established by the Grantee.
