Subject to Section 6B.7, the Guarantors hereby unconditionally guarantee to each Financing Party the prompt payment and performance of the Obligations in full when due (whether at stated maturity, as a mandatory repayment or prepayment, by acceleration or otherwise) or when such is otherwise to be performed. This Section 6B is a guaranty of payment and performance and not of collection and is a continuing guaranty and shall apply to all Obligations whenever arising.
