Xxxxxxx’x Responsibilities. A Union xxxxxxx is a Board employee who is designated pursuant to Union procedures. The xxxxxxx'x responsibilities shall be determined by the Union for the purpose of assisting bargaining unit employees from their areas of jurisdiction in processing grievances in accordance with the terms and procedures of this Agreement. The Union xxxxxxx or Union representative shall have reasonable access to all official files and/or records, legally permissible, regarding any bargaining unit employee when so designated by the bargaining unit employee involved.
Xxxxxxx’x Responsibilities. Xxxxxxx agrees to provide state governmental
a. Legislative representation of Minot during the 2021 Legislative Session.
b. Coordinating and providing committee testimony on a limited basis when a Minot representative is unavailable.
c. Maintaining legislative contacts as well as contacts with other appropriate government offices as needed, including the Governor’s Office, the Attorney’s General Office, Department of Trust Lands, Aeronautics Commission, Treasurer’s Office, Tax Department, Water Commission, State Engineer’s Office, and other relevant departments of state government.
d. Maintaining regular and ongoing contact with the designated representative of Minot.
e. Tracking and monitoring the progress of interim initiatives, studies and legislative committees, and state legislative bills that are identified as being of special interest to Minot.
f. Providing a monthly activity report.

5.1 Terrestrial Fiber Connectivity:

Xxxxxxx’x Responsibilities. 6.1 GILBERT shall provide to PM/CM complete information regarding XXXXXXX’x requirements for the Project.
6.2 GILBERT shall examine information submitted by PM/CM and shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly.
6.3 If GILBERT observes or otherwise becomes aware of any fault or defect in the Project or PM/CM’s services, or any nonconformity with the Contract Documents, GILBERT shall give prompt written notice thereof to PM/CM, provided however, this shall not diminish PM/CM’s obligations to notify GILBERT of any such fault or defect.
6.4 GILBERT shall furnish PM/CM with a copy of its written Contract between GILBERT, A/E, and CM@R, including amendments. The services, duties and responsibilities set out in the Contract between GILBERT and the A/E shall be compatible and consistent with this Contract and the Contract Documents. GILBERT shall, in its Contracts with the A/E and CM@R, require that the A/E and CM@R perform its services in cooperation with PM/CM, consistent with this Contract and in accordance with the planning and scheduling requirements and budgetary restraints of the Project as determined by GILBERT and documented by PM/CM.
6.5 The terms and conditions of the Contract between (1) GILBERT and A/E and (2) GILBERT and CM@R shall not be changed without written notification by PM/CM and approval by GILBERT.
6.6 GILBERT shall cause any and all Contracts between GILBERT and the CM@R to be compatible and consistent with this Contract. Each of the Contracts shall include waiver of subrogation and shall expressly recognize PM/CM as XXXXXXX’x representative in providing the PM/CM’s Services specified in this Contract.
6.7 At the request of PM/CM, XXXXXXX shall furnish sufficient copies of the Contract Documents to PM/CM to permit the timely performance of Services by PM/CM.
6.8 GILBERT shall, in a timely manner secure, submit and pay for necessary approvals, easements, assessments, permits and charges required for the construction of the Project, and the use or occupancy of permanent structures or for permanent changes in existing facilities, where applicable.
6.9 GILBERT, its representatives and consultants shall communicate with the Contractor through PM/CM.
6.10 GILBERT shall send to PM/CM and shall require the A/E and CM@R to send to PM/CM, copies of all notices and communications sent to or received by GILBERT, A/E or CM@R relating to the Project. During the Construction Phase of the Project, GILBERT shall require that the A/E and CM@R submit...
Xxxxxxx’x Responsibilities. X. Xxxxxxxx shall provide a GME program (“Program”) that meets standards established by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), or Council for Podiatric Medical Education (CPME), as well as other Specialty Boards, as applicable.
X. Xxxxxxxx shall provide policies, rules and regulations clearly defining the duties and privileges of the Trainee (“Program Manuals” and/or “House Staff Manual” and/or “Handbook” and/or “GME Policies,” as applicable in electronic or paper format, collectively “Program Policies.” At all times while fulfilling his/her obligations under this Agreement, the Trainee shall adhere to all Program Policies as well as all applicable Beaumont rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines (“Beaumont Policies”). Additionally, the Trainee shall adhere to all applicable state, federal and local laws, and standards required for Beaumont to maintain accreditation by the Joint Commission, ACGME, CPME, and any other relevant accrediting, certifying, or licensing organizations, including the Michigan Board of Medicine. The parties acknowledge that various policies and procedures referenced herein may be revised, amended or newly issued from time to time, and Trainee shall adhere to any and all revised, amended, or new policies, when they become effective. In the event of a conflict of terms, the terms of this Agreement take precedence over Program Policies and Beaumont Policies. Similarly, Program Policies take precedence over Beaumont Policies.
X. Xxxxxxxx shall address complaints and grievances in a timely manner. Trainee agrees that the GME Grievances and Due Process Policy is the sole, final and binding remedy for all grievances related to Trainee’s participation in the Program, including suspension, non-promotion, non-renewal, or dismissal.
X. Xxxxxxxx shall provide compensation and benefits, including health care, disability and professional liability insurances, to Trainee as summarized in Exhibit A. Trainee is responsible for enrolling in benefits annually. A premium contribution from the Trainee may be required for health care and financial protection benefits. Beaumont reserves the right to modify the plan of benefits set forth at any time. The Trainee will be notified of any change in the plan of benefits.

Xxxxxxx’x Responsibilities. Xxxxxxxx must: 1) maintain adequate personal records of data required for preparation and examination of income tax returns and for income tax equalization computation; 2) file all required United States and foreign income tax returns; 3) cooperate with the designated CPA firm to take advantage of available tax credits; and 4) make any related payment of taxes in the required amounts and within the required deadlines. Xxxxxxxx’ share of the overall income tax for a period of international assignment is the tax he would have paid had he been on assignment in the United States. This tax is the final (equalized) hypothetical tax plus (or minus) the tax cost (or benefit) on his net outside income (income from any source other than UKESL compensation). Xxxxxxxx is responsible for making estimated tax payments on non-UKESL income and any interest or penalties imposed by any governmental tax service relative to unequalized items and non-UKESL income. Xxxxxxxx will return any refunds obtained from carryovers relative to UKESL source income, e.g., excess foreign tax credits, promptly to UKESL. In the event of a refund, UKESL has the right to have Xxxxxxxx file an amended tax return or the right to xxxx Xxxxxxxx for the amount of the refund if Xxxxxxxx refuses to file an amended return.
Xxxxxxx’x Responsibilities. 2.1 Provide communications law enforcement service with the geographical boundaries of Duvall, rendering such service of the same level, degree, and type as customarily provided in the City of Xxxxxxx as more definitively stated in Exhibit A, General Operating Procedures, Xxxxxxx Police Department Manual of Standards Communications Chapter 30 and the Xxxxxxx Police Department Standardized Radio Operating Procedures, attached and incorporated by the reference, including, without limitation:
a. Answer telephone calls for the Xxxxx police service in the Xxxxxxx Police Department Communications/911 center.
b. Process and dispatch, via radio or MDC, calls for service to Duvall police units.
c. Provide general ACCESS, NCIC, and WACIC data and warrant services for Duvall. These services will be provided in compliance with applicable ACCESS, NCIC, and WACIC policy guidance.
d. Provide technical specifications and recommendations for the purchase and installation of MDC equipment and necessary software to permit connection with the Redmond CAD/MDC network.
e. Maintain equipment and database(s) associated with CAD.
Xxxxxxx’x Responsibilities. A. In General Xxxxxxx will provide a suitable environment and educational program, within available resources, which meets the standards of the Essentials of Approved Residencies/Fellowships of the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education. Xxxxxxx will award a certificate to the resident/fellow upon successful completion of an accredited training program or part of the training program completed at Xxxxxxx. The program director has sole responsibility for determining whether or not a certificate is awarded.
