Xxxxxxx'x Super-seniority. There may be a xxxxxxx at each terminal from the active seniority list. One (1) xxxxxxx under each separate contract (i.e., Truckaway, Local and Garage) shall be granted super-seniority for purposes of layoff and recall and such other employment preferences as may be useful in the performance of his duties as xxxxxxx as requested by the Local Union in writing.
Xxxxxxx'x Super-seniority. The Xxxxxxx shall continue to work notwithstanding the Xxxxxxx’x position on the seniority list as long as there is a job in the Xxxxxxx’x classification that the Xxxxxxx has the present ability to perform. This provision shall not apply to the Alternate Xxxxxxx.
