Common use of Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002. There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership or, to the knowledge of the Partnership Parties, any of the General Partner’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply in all material respects with any provision of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or any rule or regulation promulgated in connection therewith or the rules of The New York Stock Exchange, in each case that are effective and applicable to the Partnership.

Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002. There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership or, to the knowledge of the Partnership Parties, and any of the General Partner’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply in all material respects with any provision of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or any rule or regulation and the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewith or the rules of The New York Stock Exchange, in each case that are effective and applicable to the Partnership.

Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002. There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership or, to the knowledge of the Partnership Parties, any of the General Partner’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply in all material respects with any provision of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or any rule or regulation the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewith or the rules of The New York Stock Exchange, in each case that are effective and applicable to the Partnership.
