Common use of Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Back-Up Certification Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Back-Up Certification. In furtherance of the second sentence of Section 11.08 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, simultaneously with its delivery of the Primary Servicer Form 10-K Information Report, the Primary Servicer shall execute and deliver to or as directed by the Master Servicer and/or the Depositor a backup certification, which shall be in the precise form attached as Exhibit M-2 to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
