Common use of Xxxxxxxx's Consent Required Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx's Consent Required. No portion of the Property or of Tenant's interest in this Lease may be acquired by any other person or entity, whether by sale, assignment, mortgage, sublease, transfer, operation of law, or act of Tenant, without Xxxxxxxx's prior written consent, except as provided in Section 9.02 below. Landlord has the right to grant or withhold its consent as provided in Section 9.05
