Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. If any action, including arbitration, is brought to enforce this Agreement or to determine the relative rights and obligations of either of the parties and a ruling is obtained in favor of either party, regardless of which party institutes the action, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees.
