Common use of Xxxxxxxx’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. Tenant agrees to pay all Court costs and reasonable attorneys fees incurred by Landlord in enforcing by legal action or otherwise any of Landlord's rights under this lease same shall be as additional rent.
